Twitter Blue Users on Android Can Now Customize Their Navigation Bar

Custom Navigation Now on Twitter Blue for Android
Twitter recently announced the rollout of the new Custom Navigation feature for Android via the official Twitter Blue handle. So, if you do not like a certain button on the bottom navigation bar in the Twitter app on Android, you can now remove it entirely. You can check out the announcement tweet attached right below.
The feature works similarly on Android as it does on iOS. It provides users with a “Custom Navigation” page wherethey canselect the tab buttons that they want on the navigation barof the app. These include the Home button, the Explore button, the Spaces button, the Notifications button, and the Messages button. While users cannot remove the Home button from the navigation bar, they can very well remove the other buttons to de-clutter their navigation bar.
Nonetheless, there is a chance that Twitter might bring the feature to regular users in the future. The company previously made such a move bybringing the ability to pin DMs on Twitter, which was previously a Twitter Blue feature, to non-Twitter Blue users.
